This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was outstanding. I couldn't believe how affordable the prices were for such a comfortable stay. Secondly, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. From recommending local restaurants to helping us navigate the city, they were attentive and knowledgeable. Additionally, the basic amenities provided in the rooms were more than sufficient for a pleasant stay. Lastly, the hotel's location was ideal. It was conveniently located in the city center, right in front of both the train and bus stations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area.

Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

We had a great Easter weekend trip at this hotel. the views from the rooftop terrace were amazing, and we enjoyed taking photos of the mountains and surroundings. the location was perfect as it was very close to the taxi drop off and easy to walk to shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the city.

The rooms were very basic and not very comfortable. the bed was hard and the sheets were scratchy, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Spending Christmas holidays at this hotel was an amazing experience! The view from the room was incredible, we could see the city from the balcony while enjoying the winter breeze. The highlight of our stay was definitely the delicious meals we had at the hotel's restaurant - the tajines were mouthwatering! the location of the hotel was perfect, close to all the main attractions and easy to access.

We noticed that the bed in our room wasn't very comfortable, it was a bit hard and we didn't always get a good night's sleep. , the noise levels in the room were a little high as it was directly located off the reception area.

The shower setup in the bathroom may be inconvenient, as it is on the same level as the floor and may cause some flooding.
